What does Data Pal do?
Your finance, tax, and operations team gets Alteryx running on its own data, plus the skills to keep it running. Data Pal is an Alteryx Premier Services Partner. We train your team, build workflows on your real data alongside them, deliver Alteryx Server, and stay on for support. Most engagements pair training with co-built automations, so you keep both the working workflows and the people who can maintain them. The alternative is a generalist consultancy that hands over a build nobody internal can change.

What ongoing collaboration models do you offer?
Three. With FTE for Rent you get a named 0.5 or 1.0 FTE consultant embedded in your team for at least three months. With Workflow Development you get a scoped, fixed-price build, with an optional success-fee. With Bucket of Hours you draw on 8, 24, 48, or 64 hours for coaching and workflow design across six months.

What industries does Data Pal have experience in?
Tax and finance are our core. We also deliver across compliance, procurement, marketing analytics, and supply chain. Most of our work sits in mid-to-large enterprises in DACH, the UK, Poland, and Nordics.

How fast can we start our collaboration?
Typically one to two weeks from signing the agreement. We default to a mutual NDA before specifics are shared, then move to a discovery call and scoping.

Is there a free initial consultation?
Yes. The first three stages of any engagement (Discovery, Recommendation, Offer building) are free of charge and exist precisely so we can decide together whether delivery makes sense, before any commitment.

Do you sign mutual NDAs before specifics?
Yes, every time. We do not discuss real client data, processes, or numbers without a mutual NDA in place. If your legal team has a preferred template, we will work with it.

Where do you deliver?
Remote-first across DACH (Germany, Switzerland), the UK, Poland, and Nordics (Sweden, Norway). On-site days are available on request, with the client covering travel and accommodation.

Are you an Alteryx reseller?
We are an official Alteryx reseller for licences, but our revenue is services. We do not push licence sales as a primary motion, and we will tell you honestly if Alteryx is not the right tool for what you are trying to do.

Do you advise on direct tax (CIT, transfer pricing, Pillar Two)?
No. We focus on indirect tax, VAT, SAF-T, and indirect-tax-adjacent reporting. Direct tax stays with specialist tax advisory firms.

Do you do Polish JPK SAF-T?
Not as a commercial offering. We focus on Romania D406 and Bulgaria for productised SAF-T. Other jurisdictions are case-by-case, not a platform.

Do you migrate Designer to Alteryx One?
No. We do not deliver full Designer to Alteryx One migrations. We will advise on architecture for a hybrid stack, but the migration itself stays with your team or a migration specialist.

Do you provide 24/7 production support?
No. We work in business hours via FTE for Rent (named consultant on retainer) or Bucket of Hours (response within one business day). For 24/7, we recommend pairing us with your internal platform team or an MSP.

Do you offer free POCs or audits?
No. The smallest paid engagement is an Automation Feasibility Test (50-min discovery + 5 working days analysis). Discovery, Recommendation, and Offer building are free; build work is paid from day one.

Do you sell training without a programme?
No standalone seat licences for training. Every training engagement runs as a structured cohort or curriculum (Standard Training, Custom On-site, or AEP).

Do you do AI / GenAI / Azure OpenAI integration?
Not as a delivered offering. We do not have a productised AI integration practice and we will not pitch one to you. If AI is needed for a project, we work with partners or refer.
